يستخدم القرص الكهرضغطي لمحولات الطاقة تقنية الحفر الدقيق بالليزر، و600 مسام دقيقة موزعة بالتساوي بقطر 7 ميكرون (تفاوت ± 1 ميكرون)، مما يشكل منطقة انحلال فعالة بقطر 2.5 مم، وصفائح من الفولاذ المقاوم للصدأ من الدرجة الطبية 316L (مقاومة التآكل تتوافق مع معايير ASTM A240) والسيراميك الكهرضغطي PZT-5H عبارة عن مزيج ذهبي.

وظيفة
